Hot tub was broken. The store on property was out of almost everything

especially clean.. unique room arrangement gracious staff request a room not facing highway

This was across the street from North Park Mall. Excellent location.

I had a good stay. Next time, I would prefer to be in a room that doesn't face the highway due to the traffic noise. I plan to be back in a month's time.

Friendly staff, easy parking, great rooms, etc. No complaints on anything, I would stay again and recommend to others.

Convenient location in Dallas and fit my needs for the trip

Usually Hyatt House properties are updated and new. Unfortunately it seems like this was an old hotel that has been rebranded without the updates. Our beds were simply awful and my comforter smelled like vomit. Our bathroom door did not close or lock and the bathroom fan sounded like a freight train. The furniture was worn as well. Parking fees were $30 per night so the reasonable room price went out the window. Speaking of windows this property is adjacent to the 75 fwy and so there was traffic noise throughout the night. Couldn’t wait to pack up and leave!

Great experience

Bed shook whenever someone moved, didn't like the pillows. They hurt my ears. Loud on the freeway side.

Coffee was weak. Everything else wes good

I have stayed at this property before. It has changed somewhat but was very nice. How ever, I found out once I arrived to park in the parking garage it cost $ 29.00. To park in area around the front door ( a limit of 8 parking stalls) cost $29.00. This was not in information Expedia provided about property and I have never had to pay to park outside before.

Bed bugs

Great breakfast. Lovely stay. Nice staff, very friendly. Only gripe was lack of room safe.

Other guests were very noisy after 10:00 pm. Would have called the front desk but the phones didn’t work.

We have stayed here a couple of time due to the location. It is convenient for us visiting family but the hotel is pretty dated. Found 2 dead roaches. Needs some help.
