when did room service then add a delivery fee and then still ask for tips? isnt the "room service" fee included in the pricing for the "room service" menu?

Need to get new upgrade in the rooms, furniture is old no charging for computer and mobile phones

The property was outdated. The lobby furniture was old and the lobby restroom was small, very little water pressure, and dirty. The room was nice. Beds were comfortable but the supples were chintzy. Not what I expected for the high cost. Below standard for a Marriott Hotel.

Necesita mucho mantenimiento, renovar sillas, mesas, paredes.

We arrived early and I do understand checkin was an 3pm. I appreciate this is a rule however it was well after 3 pm when we were able and to check in. Other couple we were travelling with were check in an hour before us. The hotel itself was lovely as most Marriotts are. Just a small numb of front end staff could have been more attentive.

El cuarto del hotel huele a viejo, NO tiene extractor en el bano, las toallas son viejas y muy usadas, el bano de mi habitacion tenia cabellos y la tina sucia tambien. Adicional el colchon o mattres era muy blando y muy viejo

Front desk service is excellent, they are very helpful & are very warm hearted!

Outdated hotel . Terrible breakfast experience , not only the food but also service which was lost and couldn’t organize a simple guest line . Furthermore , we noticed a few fashion things missing from our luggage after check out . Don’t recommend .

we arrived early for check, and two hours later, they accommodated us after check-in time (30 minutes delay) in another, room that we booked with meeting space in the room, which is not friendly for family circumstances . We went to the pool which is nothing special the water was cold and a lot of winds around

Website needs updating as there is no spa massage facilities. They stopped in December 2024. Other than that , can not fault the service we received. Good buffet breakfast az well.

The main areas were very well taken care of except for the lady's room, it clearly needs updating. Our room was spacious and clean but it also needs updating.

I booked my reservation via Expedia in US dollars, identifying as Chilean-born. However, I've resided outside Chile for 25 years and hold American citizenship. Despite this, the hotel applied VAT. I provided my US credentials, but no adjustment was made.
