It was a perfect place for a one night stop as we were traveling to our destination. It was clean and the bed was comfortable.

If you enjoy half-done repairs, run-down facilities and surrounded by heavy equipment and construction vehicles and not ready to receive guests then this is the place for you! It is July 1 and the pool is not open. Need I say more? I will say more! We have no smoke detector in our room, the bath ceiling is partially patched and stained and the light /fan fixture is not complete. The window only has blackout curtains on it! And the chair and ottoman are sticky and look to be from the landfill. The security lock on the door is broken off, the plug in the tub is just sitting on the edge of the tub…? It isn’t installed. The vending machine is out of order. All this and we haven’t finished our stay. I am so dumbfounded at the state of this place that I couldn’t even wait to review it! I don’t know what else I need to say. I chose this place over other hotels nearby because it had a pool. What a crappy way to lure guests! I have never left a poor review for anywhere because I always find the positive. So here are the positives …at least this place didn’t smell bad, the front desk person was nice and McDonalds is right next door. Hard pass suggested!

Horrible. The manager was outside letting their kids ride bikes in the area where cars enter and depart. Had to park as the manager never even made an effort to move the kids. They advise breakfast. If you consider coffee and toast breakfast then you will be happy. However if you expect more you will hate it. The entire experience was awful. Not only will I never go there again I will be unlikely to use any in that chain Hotels.com should do a better job screening places they allow to advertise

It was nice

My grand daughter left her stuffed unicorn that she has had since birth. I called the office and they had found it. The nice lady at the desk held it till we came back through after vacation a week later. Life saver.

The room was very nice and clean. The only situation was that there were no face towels in the bathroom and I was a little disappointed in the continental breakfast.

Coffee was out. Staff unavailable. Rooms looked like they were actively under a remodel.

It was a very pleasant stay. I will definitely stay again

The room i was assigned smelled of mold and mildew. I asked for another room and it was no better. Having difficulty breathing i made the decision to not stay and checked out within 45 minutes tof checking in

Room smelled terrible, musty. They tried to cover it up with lots of disaffection . That only burned your eyes and throat. Couldnt even stay.

We were not pleased with the condition of room or the wait time to get into room

My room has roach and other bugs checked out early
