Kind and friendly front desk staff. The hotel is dated but they keep it clean. No complaints.

Clean, Quite and had all the things we needed. Gas stations at walking distance to buy stuff and friendly staff

No WiFi or phone service in room even after calling tech support

Half the door batteries were out and would not open (or were they intentionally restricted? If so, some guidance or signage would be nice to see) parking is not intuitive, but eventually available just not convenient when the doors facing the back didn’t work. Sitting area was not comfortable for longer than 90 min stint but beds were good and shower flowed.

It was very quiet and clean

It was a nice place to stay in! Staff was friendly and it was nice/quiet. My only issue was the bed, felt a little uncomfortable for my back but maybe it was just me. Other than that, great stay!

I paid in advance for 2 day, not knowing i had to arrive before midnight , after a 9+ hour drive i was told my stay was canceled and while trying to get refunded for the 2nd day the internet was disconnected stopping the chat between the agent and myself....so in out $250 plus the money spent on a different hotel....not pleased at all.

Thanks were OK but a little bit grimy. At breakfast, I found mold on my muffin and that grossed me out for breakfast. I did ask her something to be printed out from an email that I really needed and it was not done until I asked again. The clientele in this hotel were iffy

Amber the front desk associate told me to go to the H-E-B grocery store after there was an ACTIVE SHOOTING THERE!! Almost like she wanted to put me in my kid in danger She also likes to scream at children & management lets her ab*se your kids! It’s not safe here! No matter how clean or nice ITS NOT SAFE
