The manager was very rude when we asked for a bigger room since we paid for a room for 3 people and ours had 2 individual beds and no space for an extra bed. In all of the hotels we stayed in China, we had space for an extra bed and bigger beds because we paid also for 3 people.

Service is great. Location is quite good, right next to metro station. Rooms have been renovated and interior is quite modern. Restaurant and swimming pools need some refurbishment.

Conveniently located near to Metro Line 1, Luomashi station

This Sheraton is in urgent need of an update - not what you’d expect from a hotel associated with this name. Friendly enough staff and perhaps for the price it’s what could be expected.

The hotel is very clean, but the bed, desk, and chair are uncomfortable, and the windows are very small in some rooms. The main problem is the location -- as of January 2022, the area all around it is under construction, and there are no restaurants, bars, cafés, or shops nearby. The closest convenience store is a long walk away. The staff was great, though, and very kindly moved me to a room with larger windows and found me a more comfortable desk chair.
