As a 5 star hotel, you should expect something special, and you'll get it. There's underground public parking, but the hotel has areas marked off for guest use. There's direct access to the hotel lobby from there also. Didn't use the restaurant, but the cafe was excellent and great value. Location is perfect for easy access to the old town. Id definately return.

Very comfortable, clean hotel - all the usual stuff. But the highlight is the front desk staff. When I missed my day tour (because I didn't realize there was a one hour change between Portugal and Spain), the staff went out of their way to help me rescue my day by finding public transport options. Because of their ideas and assistance, I still had a wonderful day. Thank you!

It is a historic building and hotel with beautiful paintings, furnitures and circular staircase. Room was very spacious and bed comfortable. Very close to the cathedral and many restaurants and shops. 15min walk from the train station.

Perfect location, near all the attractions

Breakfast was good, room was spacious and clean , onsite packing was convenient, staffs were friendly and helpful

Empleados muy atentos y comunicativos. El cuarto cómodo limpio. Cero ruidos. El desayuno bueno aunque los alimentos calientes estaban fríos. Del resto en servicio y limpieza muy bien.

Hotel was 4 stars. Great location and good breakfast. The parking was also very convenient on property underground.

There was not a good hotel, no amenities, the location was good, but not a five star hotel, I will never stay there again

Not meet my expectations!

The room was a bit worn but otherwise decent size and average comfort. The basics one expects with any hotel were not provided: no coffee maker in the room so no coffee with buying it downstairs; no hot water for tea, u y less tea bags; in fact not even a small bottle of drinking water was provided. When I used the shower I discovered that the soap dispenser was completely empty and no pucks of soap were provided. There is a restaurant on site but when we went for dinner after a day´s hike we were told that the restaurant doesn’t have any dinner service and there was no room seri de. The basics one expects with any hotel at the 3 star level or above were simply not there.
