Absolutely fabulous hotel from start to finish. The food was devine and the choice of two pools was amazing. The geothermal pool was fabulous as we had it to ourselves - a real treat. The break was really good value too as we went mid week. The Italian restaurant was the nicest food we have had in years. Rooms were really nice and the bed was so comfortable. The grounds were fab too and we loved the old style pool. Something for everyone

We stayed for work in a junior suite and were disappointed with the condition of the room. The décor was dated, the furniture was very tired and grubby, particularly the sofa, and the table surface was sticky enough that we had to clean it ourselves. Both bathroom sinks were blocked and required a visit from maintenance. Overall, the room did not meet the standard you would expect from a suite, especially in terms of cleanliness. On a positive note, the pizza we ordered from the hotel’s Italian restaurant was excellent. Unfortunately, breakfast was poor. Service was extremely slow—we waited a long time for tea and coffee—and the sausages lacked flavour. Once again, the table surface was very sticky. The staff throughout the hotel were very friendly, and the hotel is in a beautiful setting with the potential to be something really special. However, given the current condition and lack of care, we would not choose to stay again.

Parking was easy, room clean, gym and dining/bar options on site. Nice campus. Bed was too hard for my spouse. Pool and sauna were lovely. Gym was small but did the job. Didn't try the spa. Spent two nights there. Visited Mount Usher Gardens and Glendalough area from here. Don't miss the gardens... Amazing if you are a tree nerd...

Limited staff interaction as we were in one of the annex buildings. Pool was excellent. Room clean, WiFi very good. Pillows very hard. Food options limited, for those seeking light simple food e.g. no bistro / bar food options. External maintenance required in places.

The bar was good but slightly expensive. The spa is lovely but there could be more loungers and amenities there.

This place was a complete shock, not sure what I was expecting but this village was not it. We dined at a wonderful restaurant, the food was excellent. The grounds were well kept and our room was great with very comfortable beds.

Nice. It needs a bit work on the bathroom. The food in the Italian restaurant was great. The spa is just so relaxing. Great place. We will go back.

Clean room although the air was heavy and a bit musty when we arrived. Staff are very helpful and super friendly. Thermal area is ok, small but has everything we would usually look for. The buildings and grounds are beautiful.
