Great entertainment, friendly staff. Room did not have bottled water, did not have fridge then received a fridge but it did not keep anything cold. Good wine selection. Food was okay but kinda bland.

The worst checking experience ever more than 2h Room was ready at 4pm Poor service food are terrible restaurant full and I can’t catch anything front desk charged me extra money pretending local taxes fees which is not more than the double amount showing I’m my reservation with Expedia All in beverage are catastrophic and unhealthy Never again here

Very good

Stayed at the Marco Polo for 8 days with my partner. The Hotel is beautiful and extremely clean. On arrival reception staff were friendly and upgraded us to a sea view room. Reception staff were always friendly and helpful if we needed anything. Rooms are cleaned daily, have a mini fridge and come with little extras, I thought the razors were a nice touch. The grounds were extremely well maintained. Facilities were limited only due to the time of year so the outdoor pool was drained, which looks like it would be amazing in summer. The indoor pool was lovely and the spa was still open. The smaller restaurant was used for meal times as it was out of season, adequate size for the amount of guests at the hotel, food was tasty and varied and the restaurant staff were polite and helpful. All the bar staff were amazing, but a special mention for Ezzeddine, Slim and Ridha you are fantastic, you made us feel right at home and made us laugh endlessly. The only negative we have was there was no animation throughout the daytime to help with the hotel being so quiet. I understand it is difficult when the hotel is quiet but i feel more effort could have been made. On the night, animation was better in the Oasis bar. You could request any music you like and dance away. Karaoke was on one night right next to the bar which everyone enjoyed. I would suggest maybe a quiz night or bingo night too etc. Overall a fantastic hotel, we would definitely stay again

This was the worst trip ever, service was horrible, the air conditioner was making noise and when I went to complain they send a maintenance person and when he checked he told me that the air conditioning needs maintenance and left by telling me have a nice stay, also the rooms were not cleaned properly and no towels were there and i had to complain almost every day. Food was not great at all.

Le personnel est courtois et avenant. L’hôtel est tranquille et convenable pour les enfants. La nourriture est très bonne. L’endroit est très bien situé.

La qualité de service et la propreté laisse à désiré. 0 service baggages pour l'arrivée, malgré qu'on était une famille avec deux enfants de bas âge et une mamie. Lorsqu'on dit vue mer, cela est vrai si l'on tourne la tête et l'on reste debout sur la terrace. Une chambre sans aucun savon, shampoing etc., les verres sales, une chambre de 3 personnes avec 2 serviettes seulement et aucun serviette pour le sol pour la sortie de douche. 2 heures d'attente pour qu'un technicien vienne réparer la télévisio de la chambre, malgré que l'hôtel n'est aucunement complet. La nourriture du buffet pas wow mais ca passe, cependant cela ce voit que les cuisiniers et les serveurs ne veulent pas trop être là malheureusement....La piscine est bien, on au moins on a pu profiter de ca en famille. Le service d'acceuil à la réception ca va, ils font de leur mieux mais encore cela reste vraiment a désiré....ce ne le conseil pas de manière général...

The hotel was a nice stay for me and my family, we enjoyed the variety of foods that were served, the staff were so friendly and kind.

generally we were satisfied, it was amazing to be there. i love the staff very polite and friendly.

From checking in to checking out the customer service was awful. They claim to be a 4* hotel however their is no room service or wifi in the bedrooms apart from the main reception area. The porter refused to help with taking the luggage to the bedroom and taking out from bedroom. I paid for a double room with double bed and sea view and was given a room with two single beds and no sea view. When asked why they refused to provide me with a reason. The breakfast and dinner buffet hardly had enough food. They close restaurant at 20.30. Very frustrating and awful stay for me and my husband.
