Property close to many trails.

All was excellent. -Clean rooms -Excellent polite staff -excellent restaurants and cafe -delicious s'mores nightly by a fire -clean pools -clean water park for the kids -beautiful surroundings and all well kept -nice stores and rental shop for activities bikes, canoes etc…, -nice tennis court and park for children. One recommendation for the hotel is to replace the dryer on the 2nd floor. All else was perfect!!

We had an amazing 2-night stay! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the food was excellent. The only downside is that it’s a bit far from Banff and the main lakes. However, if you don’t mind the drive, it’s absolutely worth it. Highly recommended—we would definitely stay here again!

Our stay was average overall, but there were several disappointing issues. The staff were not very friendly or knowledgeable. When I asked for hot water, I was told that every room had a kettle. However, there was no kettle in our room—only a coffee maker. It was frustrating that the staff were not familiar with what was actually provided in the rooms. The water park also needs much better maintenance. It should be cleaned at least every 2–3 hours. There was hair everywhere, and many areas felt dirty, which was not pleasant, especially for families with children. The TVs in the rooms were outdated and had very poor picture quality, making it difficult to watch anything. Another inconvenience was that there was only one small snack store with a very limited selection. More snack options would have made the stay much more convenient. Overall, the hotel has potential, but it needs significant improvements in cleanliness, staff training, and guest amenities to provide a better experience.

Great property. Perfect for families. Food in the main restaurant is only ok. Food in cedars and service was outstanding.

The room was very clean. The kids loved the waterpark, a lot of activities for parents and kids. We enjoyed our stay very much.

For the price $$$ of the room I felt the heating/cooling system of the room could have been updated. The room was too hot even having the it set at 19 degrees.

Beautiful and quiet location, steps from the Nordic Spa. Don’t miss the viewpoint trails around the hotel for amazing mountain views.
