Great location if you want to stay in Missisauga. Properly is located very close to Square 1 Mall and other eateries. Staff are very polite and helpful.

The staff were helpful but I found the charges for parking a bit high. What I was charged was above what I was told at the desk as the payment machine was out of order.

Your sink is clogged and your body wash is good for one day only..

Rooms were clean. And staff was amazing. We had a washroom door that didn't lock and some stains in one of the bed sheets. Other than that everything else was great.

I cannot believe that this is only a 3 star hotel. Everything about it was first rate and I'd be happy to stay there again. There was no free breakfast but considering everything else, it was not really a problem.

Probably one of my best stays in a hotel !! I’ve been in 5 stars hotel everywhere and honestly this place treated me like a queen. Staff was amazing, helpful and very accommodating. I needed an early check in & I was way before the time and even though hotel was fully booked the night before they did all they can to check me in ( I’m very pregnant & was very tired) 10/10 I recommend

Room was dirty. Turned down was limited. They didn’t even take the garbage. Tv didn’t work. Washroom sink was blocked. Counters were dirty

Great stay

Traveled with my dog. Pet room was clean and perfect for us on the first floor. They even had a complimentary doggy bed and bowls for Beth. She loved it.
