Outside doors don’t lock, weird smell, appears people lives on the first floor and sketchy people around- decent amount of night activities as well. Not very clean and appearance is very dated. The staff and front desk folks were nice.

The place is very dated. Front desk was probably the best part of the stay. The bed was stiff, the pillows were very soft and uncomfortable. The breakfast was hands down the worst i have ever seen.

I never stayed I booked a reservation online for 102.37 cents and I have proof im ever checked in ive been trying to cancel reservation and Expedia stole money from me it’s very upsetting how you could charge someone’s card who never checked in i am struggling living out of Kyle’s I need my money back that should have never been taken from me I need a dispute immediately

Surrounding area was depressed. Lobby and halls were dark and dingy.

Location was fine , but property is run down. Breakfast was minimal. Funny smell in halls and rooms. Shower and shower curtain was soiled. A good cleaning will go a long way towards better ratings.

The Hotel needs some TLC and a deep cleansing.

Outside looks nice but you go into the room and it gives you get to, no drawers to put your clothes, no lotion or conditioner for your hair, a very small shampoo. No rug so front desk called me that the lady below me stated I was dragging the chair. No elevator, it was a walked-up, they should let you know. Also it looks like it a shelter for there were kids running around the place. And you see big boxes of baby diapers and similar milk waiting for someone to pick it up on the lobby/hallway. Its a shame because it has potential if it well taken care off

Everything was great ,from front desk ,Housekeeping Team also hotel is clean ,hallways is always vacuumed,highly recommend.Also Berlin area is very safe and location great access to highway to travel anywhere.Thanks for a wonderful week

Not good. First thing they dont have elevator or escalator for the luggage. They only serve 3 types of bread, fruits and coffee for the breakfast. beddings and bathroom towels are not so clean. they Didnt clean the coffee maker also the room floor is sticky.

Cleanliness was bad is all.

Pool and playground out back for the kids. My room was not clean when we got there. Over scented.

El cuarto olía a puro cigarro, aunque no era una habitación para fumadores, el toilet estaba sucio cuando llegamos, además el desayuno horrible continental muy barato lo único que tomé fue café, por último el horario de la piscina era de 11am a 8pm, por lo que el último día no se puede usar por la hora del check out es a esa misma hora. Todo el edificio apesta a cigarrillo y no se ve muy limpio.

Furnishings seemed dated Breakfast below average

We weren't at our hotel very much during day as we were in town and attending PGA tournament, but the pool looked nice. The hotel itself was pretty dated but the people at the front desk were very kind and accommodating. The only issues we had were the noise. Our neighbors were a very loud group into the late night. And the breakfast was a bit to be desired. There was no decaf coffee and the milk was bad. They did replace it.

While it was clean, I just did not feel safe in my room, though I cannot say why.
