Nice enough for the price. Only negative was that I had to wait 5 min while two staff members messed with paperwork "for a shift change" right at the established check in time

I had a wonderful time staying here. The room was clean and smell nice. The hot water in the shower was relaxing. The staff did a wonderful job making sure I was Conforable. The breakfast was very nice and filling. Thank you for a nice stay.

Hotel is connected to the Civic Center, fantastic that I did not have to go outside on a scorching hot day to go between the two. Great choice to stay in if you're there for a wedding. Continental breakfast is a bit limited in choices.

Rooms were nice and it was close to the restaurants and bars downtown: Had a great time! We will definitely be back.

I would give this a five star review except the beds were too firm!! Ouch.

Terrible. Staff not friendly

Just arrived and property and rooms are amazing. Staff greeted us with open arms and lady was so sweet.

Good basic room for great price. The room was spacious with plenty of outlets and plenty of surfaces to set things out. The room and bathroom were clean and it was a quiet environment, even though the hotel was close to capacity. Parking was convenient and the staff were friendly. The environmental unit in the room was up to the task and kept the room a comfortable 66 degrees, even on the 5th floor. Overall it is much nicer than some of the other brand name hotels off of the interstate.

The jacuzzi tub could have been bigger. It is just big enough for one person. We went to call the desk to find out where the ice machines was and the phone didn't work.
