Property is nice and clean. Rooms are enjoyable and well appointed. Only bad mark. Check-in staff. Bad attitude at the get go. No customer service aptitude

Very nice place

I have stayed at this hotel numerous times and this was the first time that I was disappointed with their service. I called about the phone not working and no one ever came, used my cell for the call. The curtains on 1 of the windows were ripped, the snacks I ordered never came so I called the front desk, it arrived but within 30 minutes the snacks were delived again via a robot. Also, I ordered room service and they wanted to charge me $100 for a service fee which was obviously an error on the waitor, it's usually $10. Again, this is usally a great place to stay but lately their service and property has been lacking. One more thing when I called, using my cell, asking about my snacks, the front desk person hung up before I could ask for a late check out. Better customer service would be greatly appreciated.

My fiancé and I love staying at the loft! Great price, good location, clean rooms and comfortable beds.

Goof experience

Always a wounderful stay. Only thing is i staied several days at this hotel and its $150 accidentals fee. Takes 3-5 business days to get it back. They dont take cash for one. And one from the 20th is pending still. 9 days later.

Staff very professional and polite. Clean responsible and respectful. Clean rooms. Bobby loves the robot whem he needed a towel. Highly recommend to stay.

Great rooms and clean property.

Sheets had a bad smell and had a lot of stains. At the time of checking in, I asked for a mattress topper because I have back pain and they said they don’t have any and will instead give me additional comforter. But they don’t give me any and when asked again, the staff I spoke with was rude and said they don’t have any spare ones. This was strange.

The staff were friendly. They made a point of greeting me every time I entered or left the hotel. The bar was nice and the bartender friendly.
