This hotel is in a good location. The staffs are friendly. We liked the breakfast because there are many options and food are fresh. The daily housekeeping is also good. Will stay again.

The breakfast spread is AMAZING! And the staff is friendly and welcoming. Don't shy away from asking them about tips when you travel, pretty hands-on with that. The location is perfect! We travelled with a 2 year old and taking her in a stroller (although it was slightly cold and windy) and walking to the points around downtown we wanted to visit was a great decision. You can park by the street in front of the hotel (for freeeeeee) if you can find a spot.

Our room was in the attic, which proved to be a bit inconvenient when you get up in the morning, as you can hit the slanted ceiling above the bed. However, the breakfast was outstanding and it made up for the ceiling! They help with storing the luggage for the day if you need. Overall , very good, thank you!

Excellent stay in terms of ease of use of app for entry and other communication, cleanliness, thoughtful additions to room such as water bottles and shopping bag, use of washer/dryer which was great after spending a couple weeks traveling. We will definitely use Bob W properties given the chance again

Great breakfast. Only 1 chair in our room. Needed instructions on how to use the shower.

Beds uncomfortable. Room temperature very hot due to full sun shining in the window all day. Suggest that the curtains be closed on hot sunny days before guest arrival. Decor could use an update. Location is convenient for walking around but street noise was quite loud with the window open. Free street parking was a bonus.

This hotel is in a great location being just a short walk from Laugavegur and the hotel staff was excellent. The room was clean and orderly.

The ataff was happy to answer any question and point you in the right direction. It was very clean and my room was quiet.

We went to Iceland for a 30th anniversary trip but also to spendtime with family. We had a wonderful time there. The hotel was very accommodating with a great breakfast to start the day. There was so much variety to choose from. Yulia was so helpful and fun to talk to. We loved being there

Breakfast was amazing and sets you up for the day. Staff are very helpful and personable. Rooms are clean and spacious. I would recommend this hotel. It's a short walk to bus stop 13 by but Foss Hotel Lind is nearer if you have mobility issues.

Great room! We got the King sofa bed suite. It was huge! Very clean and well kept. Thank you!

The staff and breakfast buffet are wonderful. The room we had was fine and clean. It’s just not in great shape. The beds and pull out couch (kids slept on this) were old and not comfortable. The toilet seat was stained, the wallpaper was falling off in places. But it’s a great location - near busy stop 13 for tours. We really spent no time in our room as we were out walking to see the city. We could walk down to the water in 20 minutes. Near a 10-11 for snacks, lots of restaurants. If they could invest in some new beds I would even give it a 5.

I had a wonderful stay here as it was directly by all the main attractions I wanted to see.
