The location is very strategic, though heavy traffic that we can't avoid but still convenience by walking to Big C, Platinum, CentralWorld, etc.

Good to stay, good hotel, good service.

The staff is very friendly and accommodating! The room itself is very clean, although the furniture is quite old, it still serves its functions.

Location is perfect. Walking distance to Big C, Central World, Siam and lots of shops. Staffs are really nice. Hotel is quite old and the carpet is a bit smelly.

I'd like to renovate the room. Everything is very good.

It is a good and proper hotel with all the basic facilities ready for use. Location is great too.

I had a less-than-satisfactory experience here:- The rooms were small and outdated.- Basic bathroom amenities were lacking, especially - the absence of a bidet spray for the toilet.- There were few lights in the room, and the yellow lighting made the atmosphere very gloomy. The only positive point is the location.

The bathroom is terrible, if you want to take a shower you have to climb into the bathtub and the water will splash onto the floor. If your parents want to take a shower, what's the best way? The bathtub is afraid it'll be slippery.

The staffs are not very service minded, the location is good.

The hotel's location is very strategic because it is next to Big C which is open until 2 am. At Big C we can buy various kinds of food souvenirs. Hoping to get a double bed but given a twin bed. When exiting the elevator there was a nauseating smell in the hotel hallway, even so the room was no problem. The food was delicious although there were not many choices.

Need renovations, No bidet shower

The hotel is good, strategic but unfortunately the toilet doesn't have a bidet, and the shower is not a hose but a wall shower above the bathtub. So it's a bit difficult for me when I go to the toilet to wash/clean.

The hotel is clean, but a little old, the location is very strategic, right next to Big C and across from Cetral World there is a sky walk that connects to Siam Paragon, Pratunam: l.

Close to mall, shopping place and big c.

There are insects in the toilet. The cables in the wall are not tidied up,

Khách sạn ngay sát cạnh Big C, đối diện là Central world, gần chợ Pratunam, Platinum, chợ Bangkok và đi đến ngã tư là đền thờ Erawan linh thiêng. Cách BTS Chitlom 500m, cách Siam paragon và siam centre, MKT tầm 1km. Nếu đến Bangkok thì đây chính là địa điểm lý tưởng để mua sắm, tiện đi lại, phù hợp cho gia đình. Nhân viên rất thân thiện, sẵn sàng cho chúng tôi check out muộn, giá cả phù hợp, phòng hơi cũ xíu. Sẽ ở tiếp nếu đến Bangkok lần sau :)

The room still remain the same like 10 years ago. Old fashioned interior & bathroom. Bed cover broken. No plug-in electricity to charging laptop, handphone.
