The Hyatt in Downtown Tulsa is our go-to hotel when we visit! Always great!

The microwaves were not available in rooms, there is no sign to direct guess to the elevators.

Everything was great!!! GREAT VIEW, espiecially for 4th of July fire works!!! Staff was nice everything was clean . And the hotel came with great service . I highly recommend this hotel for 4th of July!!!

Hotel needs to be updated. Pool was closed. This one needs some work to be worth the price.

Overall, the stay was ok. The location is excellent to get to many of the downtown locations by walking (or scooter rental). Our room was clean. The housekeeping staff was the friendliest I've ever encountered in a hotel! The downsides were a little surprising for a hotel of this price and reputation. There were several places throughout the hotel and parking deck that leaked during the heavy storm that occurred during our stay. One of the leaks was around the window seal at the end of our hallway just outside our door. Another issue, probably related to the leaks, was that at certain points in the hallway there was an odor of mold/mildew. One of the nightstand lamps in the room was broken to the point it didn't even stand up straight (the picture doesn't do it justice because I partially straightened it). Finally, and this more personal preference admittedly, our bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were incredibly thin/worn and unsupportive.

Sheets had blood stains so I had to request new ones. Yellow blankets had ink stains. Everything was nice.

My say was good didn’t stay in the too much only to shower and sleep. Which much is the purpose of a hotel. Lol. I Will say when I checked in I felt slightly

Nice, clean hotel and very friendly staff. Coffeemaker was broken but they remedied the situation quickly. Thank you for a great stay!
