Staff great, food excellent, room clean. Always a great stay.

The staff were fantastic from the doormen to the evening room service to reception staff, great rooms clean comfortable quiet, 5 star and more.

Spa was clean and helped relieve fatugue upon our arrival.

Waited an hour to check in despite arriving at 3pm. Staff told us they would upgrade us as they didn’t have the room we booked. They tried to put us in an apartment which wasn’t the standard room we booked. When we did get our room it was only ok. Definitely not 5 star. This hotel is over priced. I would not recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel really enjoyed all aspects. Room so comfortable with beautiful views over Hyde park.

Nice clean, large room. Recently modernised although still with the shower in the bath tub. Room was quiet enough during the day and for most of the night. Unfortunately it was located over the delivery entrance for the hotel so was noisy from 6am. Very welcoming and friendly staff.

Room was lovely, well designed and very comfortable. Staff were all amazing and attentive. I am so glad I have found this hotel, I will be returning here next time I am in London.

Great hotel and location.

Front of house staff, as always, outstanding and accommodating. Special access lounge now disappointing as There was limited availability of food and libations. I would like an honesty bar as I had clients join me and then had virtually nothing to offer them.
