A bit overpriced. Some stuff are friendly

Every thing was good

The hotel is nice and the room was great but our main issue is with the listing on this website. The site gives a very, very clear impression that the spa is included in the stay - it is not. While guests get a discount, the spa actually costs 495SEK (£37) during the day or 595SEK (£44) in the evening per guest per day to use the pool and sauna. We were going skiing at the nearby downhill resort and were really looking forward to chilling in the facilities each evening - in the end we only went to the spa once as it was so expensive. A very, very misleading listing on this website - not sure it if the site operator or the hotel who is misleading anyone booking here but someone needs to sort it out as using the spa costs pretty much the same as the cost of the room. False advertising

Staff and hotel was excellent

As a family of 4 we were supposed to move to a family room but stayed in a room with a sofa bed after the first night to make things easier for the other family in our room and us- not to move. It was a tight fit, the sofa bed was awful, the shower floor was full of limescale. We were gone from 8:00 - 16:00 and our room would not be clean when we returned. The spa was fully booked every hour, every day- so we never got the chance to use it. Not the best experience. However, upon arrival it was very late and a British man with a beard was working - he went above and beyond to help move our sleeping kids in to the hotel. He was absolutely fantastic!!! He also got us some real pillows as we arrived to the room to find only decorative pillows on the sofa bed (small squares).

Nice hotel. Not able to use air conditioning. Also one of the bed pillows was very big! Otherwise great experience!

Clean organised spacious room.

Staff at front desk and in restaurant were very pleasant and helpful. Room was a good size with comfortable beds. Hotel was very clean. Breakfast was an excellent variety, fresh and delicious. I would stay here again and recommend it to others.

Our room was large and comfortable. The bathroom was large and functional. The location was convenient to restaurants and shops. Staff was pleasant and helpful. We hosted dinner for 9 family members in the attached restaurant and everyone was pleased with the food and service. Breakfast was served in this same restaurant and was wonderful. Eggs, bacon, pancakes, toast and other breads, yogurt varieties, sweets, and much more were available as part of the included breakfast. We all loved this hotel!

Centralt läge, fräsch lobby och frukost. Rätt trångt familjerum med bäddsoffa som man enligt barnen kände fjädringen i. Dålig akustik

Boendet och frukost var mycket bra och även städning på rummet. Trevlig personal i huvudsak men receptionen kom med olika information vad gällde för kostnader avseende husdjur och spa.

Fint rum med sköna sängar. Det blev dock varmt då det inte gick att reglera temperaturen själv. Öppnade man fönstret var det för mycket ljud från trafiken. Frukosten var ok, dock väldigt trångt där man tog maten. Många saker var slut och disken plockades inte undan så det blev ganska rörigt. I övrigt bra läge och stor parkering i närheten.
