The hotel is fine, although the suite I booked was a little dated.
I checked in late and was told that I needed to pay for the booking, dispute already paying Expedia. This was resolved in the morning.
There was some confusion regarding parking at the property. I selected the option in Expedia for 'parking breakfast for 2'. I was staying with a friend and we each had a car. When we tried to establish if the booking covered parking covered parking for both cars or just one, the member of staff checking us in became obviously frustrated with our questions. She stated that only 1 car would be covered (I expected that), but as we had provided both of our cars registration numbers, we needed to know which car was covered and which car needed to be paid for. We ended up walking away with no clear answer just to defuse the situation. I later spoke with the night manager who was able to answer my question and when checking out the staff were very good.
