Room was great, clean, comfortable, good size. Had a great sleep, asked for room on main floor which they accommodated. Check in was very slow!

We were told to wait for the free shuttle to pick us up under F3 post. But when the van finally arrived, the driver didn’t bother to at least wait for 10 seconds. While we frantically tried to get his attention, he just kept driving and disappeared. We have to wait for another 30 minutes in the could wind.

Clean rooms and great staff. The snow was also cleared promptly after the storm which was a huge plus

Staff were friendly. The room was good and bed very comfy. The breakfast had good choices and really good coffee. We like staying there as close to airport and has small convenience store, bar and pizza restaurant on site. Also a shuttle to airport

Room was so so. No elevator. Scrambled eggs for breakfast was not warm or hot at all.

Clean and reasonably priced not to mention close to airport and excellent shuttle service! Our guy was amazing and even gave a lift to two young guys walking to airport at 4am freezing outside. Kudos to you sir
