Property in poor condition, no chlorine in water, store poorly stocked, no spoke English,

Definitely a less than mediocre place. Our flight to Orlando got delayed and then canceled due to a tornado warning, and thankfully it did because we did not have to sleep at this hotel. We ended up checking in mid morning and checking out at 3pm. Our room, in building 6 on the first floor, smelled very strong of mildew and the moisture in the room made the beds feel wet. Since we were only staying for the day, we did not make a huge deal about it. There are many fun things for the kids to do. The water park was my kids favorite except the red and yellow slide is pretty dangerous. My kids follow the rules of sliding to a T and one still got injured (the slide scraped his spine area pretty bad) so that was the last for that slide. Also, there is tons of rust and broken pieces in the toddler area. All in all, I rate this place a 1.5 out of 5 because the room was unbearable, the cleanliness needs work and the safety of the water park is extremely questionable.

The pictures were nothing like the property. Dirty mattresses were stacked up outside.

It was acceptable for a one night stay. But be aware, it was very hard to find the hotel though in the dark! The hotel is behind a used car dealership and was very hard to find, but fine when we actually found it

The room key i had to go twice to change it, it needs more light in the rooms

Bathtub plumbing smelled .Noisy, I can hear everything from the next room even the dog barking all night . Washers scammed many people you put your credit card and machine wouldn't work, contacted hotel staff and was told the washers are from another business and we will get our money back. We never got our money back and same happened to 5 other people that same day. Hotel looks dated. Pools were fine.

This hotel is okay. We have kids so we look for family friendly. When we got there we got there super early around 12ish. Check in time is at 3pm we were told no rooms were ready which is a bummer usually we go to other hotels and the rooms are ready. And we had fanily come in right after us and they were told that to check in early there is a fee. So at the end of the day i am not sure if its a money thing or if there simply was no rooms. Once we got the water park we noticed that the lazy river was super low. If youre an adult you will have trouble and the floor scrapes your knees bad. This lazy river is meant for kids only. The tubes were very hard to navigate. They are only meant for you to go on it in one position so if you have smaller kids it gets harder. We want to point out that this hotel requires some serious remodeling the whole thing is super rusty and dangerous. Going up the slide i noice severe holes on the rusty stairs. Anyone can get injured really bad idk how this passes inspection. The rooms were okay. We had multiple issues coming into the rooms our room keys stopped working and we had multiple people smoking weed in the same hall way we had our room in. Very disrespectful when this hotel is clearly filled with multiple kids. The staff was nice and we had a great time the only thing i wish was better was the timing in the activities area it closes at 6pm. And the weather was not so good the staff was forced to get us out of the water multiple times.

I just didn’t like how I was treated with I arrived. I made the reservation by the pool but I was placed facing the wall. Also I was woken up several time at night because I felt something bit me several places and reported to the front desk. The pool area was decent. The waterpark was very nice.

The room really needs to be updated and rugs need to be steamed clean not just vacummed

The place is not what it looks like in pictures. The pictures look amazing and the property looks terrible. All around the facilities are dirty, full of old mattresses stacked on each other. Walls and floors look very poor in hygiene. Bad landscaping. The rooms are not up to the expectations. Microwave didn’t work. Bathroom extractor didn’t work either. When we visited the water park area all the structures of the actual attractions are full of rust and the inside floor where you walk are in bad conditions. I would not recommend this place.

The rooms had amazing darkening shades made it so nice to sleep.

We got to the property around 9pm and they said our room was ready but when we got to our room floors where dirty and shower had sand in it then restaurant had leaking ceiling, very noisy all night till 3am , someone even to a poop on the ground outside by the pool doors and it stayed there till 10 am next day till we complained 3 times to get it cleaned up they only put a wet floor sign over it this place is a total disaster pictures and ratings a total lie on the site , matters in parking lot

The rooms were outdated and terrible. The toilet in the first room overflowed within less than 10 mins after getting in the room. Tried to call the front desk but the phone didn’t work. We had to drive back to the front to notify someone. I asked if we could get a new room and the lady said someone was coming to fix the toilet. We go back to room. Maintenance is waiting at the door. We get in and the room is flooded. We have to get all our stuff and go back to the front desk. We get a new room that was slightly better looking than the first but was still not

Actually, the room itself wasn't bad even though the TV selection was awful and the USB power plus didn't work so couldn't charge my phone or charge my granddaughter's ipad. THEN after granddaughter went to sleep and me starting to doze off, very, very loud music came on and a couple of the people were singing at the top of their lungs. Sounded like they were next door. Tried calling front desk, no answer. Could not sleep with that going on so packed up and was gone by midnight. Sad. Very disappointed that no one controlled that for others trying to sleep especially with kids.
