Parking was scary. Staff was somewhat friendly. Not overly. Shower went from ice cold to scalding hot on its own.

Parking is extra but very convenient. Well located to get into the heart of city by foot.

OK, a bit pricy for what it is.

Although this is a very 'corporate' hotel, we really enjoyed our stay. Very clean, breakfast was good and the bar prices were good value. The staff were all very helpful, especially the young barman in the evenings.

The paper cup in the room is so small and thin, doesn’t last for 3 days. My room has no ventilation as the machine didn’t work! Bath towels are old and thin

Rooms was cold. Breakfast girl was mean because I asked “ is it sourdough bread?” She looked at me weird and bad attitude. I don’t know why. The guy was working breakfast bar was nice and kind.

The room was pretty good but the temperature was too warm (we had the controls set to as cool as possible but still 20C plus at night). Other than that the stay was good….staff was excellent

Great staff a check in! My room was hot and it was October! Couldn't open the windows because of a rock concert Across The river. I'm a professional parking in Europe and the parking garage was scary but on the positive side it was right below the university which is why you go to the location.
