Very handy to be in Trondheim city centre and reach by bus, with bus stop outside hotel; and then easy 10 min walk or so to the terminal building of the airport.

Unfortunately my room was not clean when I arrived. The room I was in was also in a poor state with a very lumpy mattress. I had issues with the bathroom light and when I informed reception at check out to look at it before the next person arrives they blamed it on me, which was not a pleasant exchange when you are trying to look out for the next guests. The bright side is the pool and sauna are nice and overlooks the fjord. This is okay for a night before an early flight.

It was a very nice stay

I love this hotel! Finally a 5 star experience without the 10 star price. The room with a view did not disappoint. Beautiful, comfortable, great shower. The dinner buffet was excellent. Worth every nok and same with the breakfast buffet. Take advantage of the 'pack a lunch' offer for a few extra nok. You won't get a cheaper or better lunch anywhere. There are plenty of car chargers across the street. You can take a 15 minute walk to the train station for some classic Hell pictures. I was sad to leave here. So so good!

Clean room and supplies

I have stayed at this hotel several times my daughter lives in Trondheim, my wife went to visit my daughter and booked the hotel check-in day for Sunday, June 28th check out June 29 Monday, we realize we made a mistake immediately we tried to reschedule the day to check in June 29 Monday check out June 30, the hotel refused to help us. They were not helpful at all all I wanted to switch one day, I will never stay at this hotel again apparently my reservation. I was unable to cancel it or changed today. Disappointed that they were not even willing to try and help me.

Close to airport, we were able to walk in 10 minutes. Late check in at midnight and we were greeted warmly. An excellent hotel in Hell :-) Very clean, modern and relaxing room. Comfortable bed and quiet location. We can happily recommend the Scandic Hell to everyone. Sadly, the breakfast bar did not adequately suit our allergies but it is, nonetheless, a very good restaurant and a big range of foods.

Great hotel, amazing buffet. The only drawback is that it’s just close enough to the airport that they don’t have a shuttle so you have to walk, which in cold wet weather with a heavy suitcase is a pain. It’s $20 for a taxi the 1/4 mile to the terminal. So transportation is a challenge!

Everything was great. Room clean with everything I needed. Good food at restaurant. Conveniently close to airport for our early morning flight.

My room had no coffee, no coffee on my floor either items in my room were broken and I told the management as soon as i entered the room, they told me they would fix all the issues after I left the hotel and checked out I tried to buy a coke with cash and they would not allow me to buy it because the Sewdish - Norway exchange rate was so bad…I really wanted that coke and the hotel takes cash…so dissapointed

Great hotel close to the airport. Very comfortable and modern and very nice staff. Very convenient is the 24 hour open front desk for in-the-middle-of-the-night check outs to catch a flight. Can only recommend

Good lication for flights out if Vaernes. Great buffet breakfast.

Good overall but the lack of air con is a massive issue. Very hot at night.

The junior suites are quite nice.

Food was great, facilities in over good condition good. Pool was being serviced so was not available the entire stay. Price was good.

Close to the airport and a nice pool area to relax.
