Room was comfortable and clean. Staff was friendly also. Would stay here again.

Paid extra for view, we could only see a slice of the lake, bars on the street below and a construction site

Great hotel

Very well kept and staff was super friendly! Great with kids!

Staff was nice. Room was clean. Location was why we booked. Shower went cold in the middle of the shower. We were checked into a room with people ready in it. Had to go to a different floor with a smaller room. For almost 8 hundred a night( concert in town) I don’t know if I would pay that again for the experience we had.

If I am ever in Madison again, I will 100% be staying here again.

We were there for the Morgan Wallen Concert. The Hotel was lovely, quiet, clean.

Loved this hotel! So clean, nicely decorated and well designed. The staff was incredibly nice from the valet car service to the wonderful front desk staff and all other staff encountered. Would absolutely stay here again.

Great place to stay!

All of the staff members could not have been friendly, more helpful or accommodating. Our only complaint was there was limited service availability because the people working the bar/restaurant are also running up room service – so there were times where there was nobody behind the bar/restaurant for a a bit because they were running up room service… but I think it might just be an understaffing. Food was excellent. The room was comfortable and very clean and the staff again was outstanding.
