Clean, good size room, nice and clean bathroom. Free parking and convenient location.

Amazing staff that was very understanding when I forgot what day we were leaving. Restaurant on the premise was very good.

Room was nice enough but very pricey for what it was.

The room was well stocked but looking tired. There was no body wash when we checked in and also we had to get the shower fixed as it was faulty. The check in staff were very helpful. The hotel seems to be for primarily coach trips and it felt like this was their main business. The breakfast buffet was reasonably priced but of poor quality. Go elsewhere to eat! Jasper has some lovely walks and the town is quirky. We had a great meal at one of the local breweries.

the rooms were a bit date but nice otherwise and clean. nothing fancy and the refrigerator was great but it would have been nice to have a microwave as well.

Lovely big room with a great layout. Kitchenette is hidden from the sleeping area and has its own sink. Dog-friendly. Quiet neighborhood. Easy to walk to restaurants and supermarket. Loved Harvest Food and Wine restaurant. Easy drives to Pyramid Lake and Maligne.
