This is a very nice property, situated on a lake , very close to Halifax City. The staff are excellent, food was great. Rooms were comfortable and clean. This Hotel/Inn has a resort feel.

Nice room,reasonable price

Booked suite, smelled musty, very outdated Nice bed and bedding Bar is beautiful Food was good, service ok Probably wouldn’t stay again! Unless the room looked like it did on booking

Clean and Quiet location

Loved the warm and welcoming staff. I so enjoy this hotel, I pick it every time I am in the area. The setting on the lake, the balconies, the friendly staff, the historic feel make the stay very enjoyable. Thank you.

Old property that has lots of character. Needs a lot of TLC.

The room had not been vacuumed and there were dirty dishes left on the room. The rug was old and it stak badly. The ed was super uncomfortable. Will not be going back. Ever.
