Desk staff very nice

Have been staying here for 4 years every time we visit Menomonie - wonderful management staff, breakfast is included, the place has a pool and the room is clean with comfortable bed.

Needed a quick stop on our way to the dells

Easy in and out

Hotel was clean and simple. Employees helped out when needed and were very friendly. I dont have a bad thing to say.

It was an decent hotel, but the breakfast was very minimal. There was no staff available except during the day (hard to find). The pool an hot tub were ok. The room was very clean and very nice for the price.

Cheap hotel, last minute stay due to weather. Older, run down. Smell of smoke in hallways, pillows were rock hard and the pillow cases were stained. Heating unit was extremely loud and clunky sounding. Actually nice that there wasn’t carpeting (less allergens). In short, you get what you pay for and I just needed somewhere to bide my time for a few hours (definitely didn’t sleep).

The bed was comfortable and especially at that price point, it was a nice place. Indoor hot tub and pool and a breakfast featuring waffle makers, oatmeal, cereal, bagels, and more.

Good location, near many restaurants and fast food as well as shopping.

we are over 75 yrs of age(78 and 79) and yes they had an elevator but our room was a long walk down the hall.They did allow us to check in 30 min early and that was appreciated.They were polite. When we got there we had to wait and use the phone (there was no answer) and check in and out. The stains on the chair cushion were on both sides and we choose to not sit in it.The breakfast was good.
