Customer service wasn't the greatest, 3 of 4 pillowcases were dirty, when I asked for replacements I was told they would only replace 2. Dried urine still on toilet, bugs (alive and dead) hung from the window screen, full length mirror filthy, white plastic spoon on floor from previous guest. Let's not discuss the breakfast - come on y'all - you can do better.

Well maintained. Clean and the staff was pleasant. Food was at temp and good.would go again if needed to use them.pool and whirlpool, worked and was clean?

Friendly staff and nice rooms and pool

It was fine for the price, but a noisy Little League team with apparently deaf parents was staying there and kids were pounding down the hallways until midnight. I would have appreciated there being some monitoring of that by the staff.

Great stay. Had to move the bed a little to plug in my alarm clock by the bed nightstand. Otherwise, wonderful.

My stay was uneventful. Just as it should be. Breakfast was provided and had a variety of options. Overall a satisfying stay.

Hi. The hotel room was fine. The breakfast lacked in a few areas. Basically OJ & cereal. Had sausage and eggs. No potatoes or donuts. No apple juice. Would stay her again.

While the outside looked old, the inside was nice. Nice lake view, friendly staff.

We have stayed at this Super 8 on several occasions over the past twenty years. One of the nicer ones around. It appears in the past twelve months this facility has done some upgrading, which is always needed. Very good location, just a minute or so off the freeway, gas stations and eateries very close nearby. Limited staff contact because of a short stay, but friendly.

It was ok nothing fancy but will never go back front desk employee was so rude insulting and very bad hospitality! She really hurt my feelings and made me feel stupid for asking a question she assumed I should have already known just not cool to treat people in such ways.

Pros: not expensive, wonderful management ( takes positive critiques with open communication) serves breakfast , has a pool , close to stores and restaurants and comfortable beds Cons: shows wears and tears , not fancy

Have been staying here for 4 years every time we visit Menomonie - wonderful management staff, breakfast is included, the place has a pool and the room is clean with comfortable bed.
