Staff were so helpful and welcoming

Practical location, plenty of relaxing space around bar and restaurant. Room was comfortable and clean. All good

Dinner was very much substandard...not all getting served our meals at the same time and starters barely hot!

Great location, easy parking (though chargeable), staff friendly and helpful, rooms nice but a bit dated.

We stayed in the Jimmy Hendrix suite. It was a lovely room. It was clean and perfect size for a weekend break. The 3 things I loved most about this room were, the air-conditioning, the mini fridge and the balcony. Would definitely recommend.

Had a lovely stay for two days attending a wedding. Check in was great and room was lovely especially during a heatwave and the AC.

Fantastic 2 night stay

We had a stay in the small suite, the flooring was damaged, a small snack wrapping next to the bad. The room is not well maintained. The bar, food and staffs were brilliant. Also the hotel is located next to a shopping mall with cinema, variety of restaurants and decent shops (ie Nike factory outlet)
