aOur room view was looking out to a pile of junk, a makeshift shack! Room is way outdated, carpet needs to e replaced! Pool was filthy , had a greasy film layer on the water. Location is not near much!

Breakfast of Champions! Professional and friendly staff. Security guard in gated parking lot and entrances. We chose a double queen room, had desk, recliner chair, night stand, reg ironing board, mini blow dryer. Clean room, bathroom, and housekeeping brought extra shampoo (no conditioner) and soap bars. Our non-smoking room was so quiet, away from pool, and close to elevator and lobby. Water fountain at the end of the hallway. Excellent quality for cost. Will definitely come again. Pura vida!!

I always stay here and love it, but this time there was no hot water for the duration. It was like warm at best

El cuarto era muy cómodo y limpio. No es el hotel más moderno, pero todo está muy bien cuidado y el staff es increíblemente amigable. Lo mejor de este hotel es su jacuzzi al aire libre. No se vengan sin disfrutarlo.

Los empleados en general muy muy amables y dispuestos a ayudar o aclarar cualquier duda!! La empleada de limpieza de cuarto Rebeca es excelente en su trabajo!! Por mi parte muy recomendado!!

Lugar excelente, todo cerca, propiedad limpia, pero la vista de mi balcón era hacia un basurero, nos hubiera gustado sentarnos a tomar aire y conversar en la pequeña terraza con balcón (con esa vista jamás), por otro lado nunca recibí la botella de vino que me prometieron al reservar. Por lo demás todo acorde con el precio pagado.

Hubo música hasta 4-5 am El aire acondicionado es tiempo de cambiarlo, es bullicioso y poco eficiente

I gave this place another chance. After i wasn’t happy the first time. Well i should have just stayed at a motel 6. No hot water, ac shuts off hot room. I let staff know. All they could say was I’m sorry. I spent good money for an sorry.

I’ve stayed here before. I wrote a bad review over a year ago about this place. I thought I’d give them another try. Boy do i regret it. Fist the AC shuts off on its own and the room was not kept cooled at all. Horrible especially when it was so humid. Second, no hot water again. I told the staff. All they can say was I’m sorry. I work for my money to enjoy my stay a I’m sorry doesn’t make it right. It’s time they offer me a refund or something better. I will be writing to the manager again because apparently he/she was not in

Very kind helpful staff. Very good room service, timely , organization. Very good location because located to Gold'Gym available to guests and a casino. The only bad that I noticed there were flies in the brunch area.
