Carpet was stained, black mold all over the bathroom ceiling. Numerous areas where baseboards and tile were missing and holes in the walls. Even the hallways and main lobby had maintenance issues. While some features appeared newer, it's almost like they started renovations and then gave up. Reserved a room for 5 people, and the 5th person's bed was essentially a glorified windowsill with a thin cushion. Arrived late at night and had an early morning flight so thankfully we didn't have to stay here long. If needing close proximity to the Cincy airport, choose anywhere but here! Just gross!!

Very inexpensive but you get what you pay for. 1st room we were in, someone had used wet paper towels to block the smoke detectors. It was the 1st thing we saw when we walked into the room. Went to front desk and the moved us to an upgrade room. It was nicer but still a bit sketchy. TV cut out every 30 seconds or so for 4-5 seconds making it almost impossible to watch anything. Security is much to be desired at the facility as a side door was propped open with a garden hose all night. I got what I paid for, thought I was getting a deal but left feeling shortchanged. Oh… and the ice machine didn’t work and the only soda machine on the property only had cans of Diet Mt Dew to drink.

Waited 20 minutes for someone to show up at the front desk. Gave me a key for a room that was occupied by another staff member. Then informed me that there was no room available. As a woman traveling alone, i did not feel remotely safe in this location.

I was so pleasantly shocked at the size and the features of the room. I’ve never paid so little and had such great amenities! The free airport shuttle was perfect, free breakfast was a treat and checkin went super smoothly! I can’t recommend more!

Hotel staff was very friendly and great customer service. Room was clean.

I noticed that there is a remodel in progress, so that will soon fix the disrepair. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean, though.

Please stop advertising the breakfast. Coffee in the morning is not breakfast. The carpets were very dirty. Your experience here will totally depend on room you are allotted. I had once received a very clean room but this time I found roaches and could smell cigarette smoke.

This should be 1 star - it had bugs, def not clean - staff was nice but def not a great stay esp for the price

Overall not a good hotel to stay. Just booked the hotel for first time and its terrible. Room is too smelly that i can't sleep and i feel like scratching and itching my whole body . Terrible experience

We did not even stay the night. After checking in late at night, we had to walk through a cloud of cigarette smoke to get to our non-smoking room. Stuff peeling off the walls, bathroom floor was wet. Whole place is old and not particularly clean. Check in guy was nice and helpful, but wearing a shirt that was dirty. Did not even try to get a different room, just left.

Hotel had no power. The manager was very sorry and tried to find us another hotel in the area.

Dreadful. No elevator to 2nd floor.

Good motel

Do not stay here. Very old in disrepair. Stains on carpet, door knobs missing, no sink stopper, couldn't use the elevator. Homeless in and out with garbage bags. Cracks in tile floor. Property was a mess.

I didn't like that it had roaches in the room.

This was the worst experience I've ever had at a hotel. The room was filthy. There were stains and particles on the floor as if it hadn't been cleaned in a long time. The only saving grace was the bed seemed to be clean. To top it off, when I was leaving in the morning there were indications that a mouse had been in the room! Mouse droppings in my luggage. It was a literal nightmare.

The initial odor when first walking into the hotel was bad. Check in was fine. Elevator was dirty/odor. Odor continued through hallway. Carpet in room was gross. Looked like it had not been vacuumed and/or shampooed. Bugs on counter in room and in bathroom. There was writing on the bathroom wall that said '"don't flush toilet" After reading positive reviews when booking, I was definitively surprised.
