It was perfect!

Check in was easy, staff was friendly and helpful. And you are literally a 2 min walk away from the beach and pier which is perfect. A lot of good restaurant's and ice cream spots walking distance as well.

Old beach motel with many layers of thick paint. The front counter person kept saying she didn’t like to charge $100 fee for both rooms bc most people couldn’t afford it. That was unacceptable!!! She needs to be retrained in customer service.

“KATE”at the check in desk was exceptional. She was very helpful and knew the area. When i had mistakenly booked a non smoking room, she was quick to make the changes needed to get me in a smoking room. She was also very friendly.

The staff was great and the room was clean but the doors need updated! We had to slam into our door to open it and saw other guests doing the same! Made us question the security of the door.

Clean and comfortable - excellent location to Cocoa Beach The Continental breakfast was not appealing unless you really like sausage gravy and biscuits.

To many small things wrong. 1 ice machine for the entire front property. Coke machines serving hot drinks….just needs a major update all sound. The place just has a really cheap look to it all around.

Amazing staff - pleasant, hospitable and welcoming, even at 3:00am.

We ended up booking this hotel late at night after we checked into the motel 6 down the road and found out it was a scary and dirty place that we didn’t feel safe in. This hotel was night and day difference from motel 6. The rooms were clean, the beds were so comfortable! We had a mini fridge and a microwave. The pool was clean and the whole property was very nice! The breakfast on the first day had biscuits and gravy that was amazing! I would recommend this place to anyone. The pier right out from it has restaurants and you are a short walk from the beach! We will definitely be booking here again for our next stay. Thank you days inn staff for making a bad start of our trip back in to a good trip!

Very nice and clean, 5 min walk to the beach. Restaurants right next door and supermarket down the street. Stayed in Business suite. They have a shuttle to the cruise port with an affordable fee.

Great location. Two minute walk to the Cocoa Beach pier. Lots of good restaurants nearby. Rooms are spacious and comfortable.
