The room was very clean and the staff was very friendly

The water slide area was blowing cold air from the vents and the pool water and hot tub were cold.

We stayed in the family room very spacious beds were super comfortable. It’s our new favourite spot when having a layover in Calgary.

The pool and breakfast were perfect for the kids

The heater was too loud, you can hear a lot of the planes noise. We arrived 9:30 pm and the Pool was already closed, the carpeta of the room needs a deep cleaning.

Always top notch, great for families with young kids.

My son loves the waterslide here, no matter what hotel in Calgary we pull up photos for and look at their waterslides he always want to come back here. The rooms have always been clean with no issues and the staff have been friendly and welcoming. This is now our go to place when ever we stay overnight in Calgary.

Large rooms. Neat and clean. Good water park for small children.

Room was good and clean. The only thing was, maybe check the rooms for burnt out light bulbs and faulty lights. And locks on the bathroom slide doors. Other than that it was a great stay! Thank you!
