Entire lobby smells like cigarette smoke Room was ok and clean enough for me

The room smelled very strongly of bleach. Everything in the room was damp as if the room was extremely humid. The air condition ran non stop even though it was only set at 72°. There was urine on the floor behind the toilet, not cleaned properly. There was food and other particles all over the sheet when we pulled back the cover. There were bugs and dirt/grime in the corners of the room. Every door to every room on the first floor had what looked like someone had taken a crowbar and tried to break in. There was someone else’s hair in the bathtub. The microwave smelled like something died in it and there were cigarette burns and other stains on the chairs in the room. I took photos because it was so unbelievably dirty. The attendant at checkout was absolutely friendly and helpful as much as he could be, it’s too bad the conditions of the rooms and building aren’t better. When I took my shoes off and walked on the hard floors my feet became wet and picked up all the dirt and grime on the floor due to the “humid” conditions. We tried to get a different room and were told they were full. We didn’t stay the second night and chalked the lost money as a lesson learned about booking.

Would not recommend to stay at this hotel. Our stay was OK, but next time we will find another place.

We stayed at several hotels this past weekend and your hotel made us the happiest as it was the cleanest, the nicest staff, and we were able to check in early. I have a daughter in that city and will now stay in your motel everytime that we visit.

Hotel was clean. Room was spacious and clean. Bathroom was a bit tiny. Every person that worked at the hotel that worked there were genuinely kind.

This is a nice hotel. We travel frequently during the summer, and this was our first time staying at Best Western, which we really enjoyed. The staff was excellent. There's a Kwik Trip right next door and the Brat Stop, which was another place we visited. We loved our experience.

I spent a couple of days here and found the staff to be extremely friendly. The room was pleasant and clean, and having the pool was a great bonus. The staff was always eager to assist. I was here for the Renaissance fair and plan to return at the end of July.

This hotel has a lot to offer for a business or pleasure trip. The room is clean. The staff is friendly. The pool and hot tub are great. The bar is fun. It is right next to the Brat Stop.

They have a little note at the front counter and the reception guy said he told me but...I don't recall being told that they only service your room upon request. If I wanted THAT I'd have stayed at a Candlewood or Executive Suites cheapy resident place. I'm trying to make it clear that others should BEWARE of this. They WON'T service your room unless you specifically ask! What a cheapo philosophy!

The rooms were clean. It was very peaceful and the pool and tub were clean and well maintained. No issues during visit other then vending machine was out of stock all drinks.

Overall our stay was excellent. The property is clean and quiet. As we had to check out at 3:30 a.m. for a flight, the staff member asked if we needed any coffee or items such as fruit or muffins from the breakfast area (which normally didn’t open until 5:00a.m.). Very thoughtful. Staff always greeted us when we returned to the building. Only negative is I wish staff enforced people needing to wear shoes in common areas, especially people who used the indoor pool and walked in the lobby and elevator with wet feet. Other than that, great place to stay and eateries/shopping are all around. Easy interstate access, Target is close by. Would definitely stay again if need arises.

This is a great hotel with quick access to dining and major highways, yet still quiet. The staff was most helpful. My only gripe is that the room was a little musty, but was worth the savings on our 5 days stay. :)

Great stay overall. The amenities are not the most uptodate particularly the gym, but overall ok. Staff is very friendly and beds are comfortable.
