The hotel is located within 4 minute walk to bus stops and to the city center. The breakfast and afternoon fika are great. The dinner is okay and there is plenty of salad and soup to keep hunger at bay. The room was clean. When checking in, the hotel staff informed us that the keycards were not working due to a system malfunction, but this issue was fixed the following Monday morning. The hotel lobby is a relaxing and welcoming place, and there is free coffee available throughout the day!

Okay, first off I’m from America and very used to having AC. There is no AC in this hotel. I opened the windows every night for air flow. If you are not hot natured or going through “the change”, you will be fine. The only real problem is the shower. The water runs out from under the glass door and you almost have to make a moat with your towels. The included meals were FANTASTIC!! The front desk ladies were so nice and helpful! They all speak fluent English and were very patient as I tried to communicate. I will stay here again!

I booked this room 2 months ago, paid almost €400 aand I’m a frequent visitor at BestWestern and I’m a gold member in Hotels.com. Therefore I would have expected something better than a dark room in the basement with shower one level down. After this visit I can’t recommend BestWestern to anyone!

Slitet hotell, både rummen och övriga ytor. Kändes lite ofräscht. Trasigt i gymmet. Dålig info om att vissa faciliteter måste bokas och kostar extra. Stort plus för personalen i restaurangen vid frukost och middag.

Trevligt ställe i bra läge. Hjälpsam personal. Jag kom ca 20 minuter efter att köket stängt men jag fick ändå med mig en matlåda.
