The hotel was modern and looked very clean throughout. The staff were friendly & professional. Well worth the money to stay here.

Newly refurbished. Rooms very clean and comfortable. Breakfast choice varied and plenty of it. Staff very polite and friendly. Would certainly stay there again

The staff were all very approachable and friendly. The room was spacious, and clean. The air conditioning/heating was loud but otherwise it had everything i needed. I enjoyed my stay and will book again.

Beautiful hotel, ideal location

Nice and quiet stay and recently refurbished. For the price it wasn’t too bad. The rooms are pleasant but finished to a poor quality in the bathrooms. There was a horrible smell in the bathroom, 2 other rooms in my travel group also had the same smell. The hotel corridors smelt like weed! Public areas are nice, but I feel that the building is old and they have tried their best to make it look modern.

Liked that the children had separate singles beds

The first room there were issues so were quickly moved Room service was expensive and the food poor with an additional charge to bring to room. Bar was over priced. Room was very cold and with no internal number to the reception we had to keep going downstairs for help on the matter. The toilet flushed infrequently due to it continuously running making the cistern not full. The breakfast was good for the price and the bed very comfortable. We would not stay at the Novotel again
