It was good! Service was good but property was small and was far away from everything so you have to take a taxi which cost us alot

Nothing special, rooms were outdated and not the most comfortable (small bathrooms, small bed etc.) but service was decent enough. I'd say it's 2-star standard

Perfect location for our brief stay. Easy access to subway making transport around Milan simple. The breakfast was wonderful and the staff very pleasant and helpful. The beds were a little hard for my liking, otherwise good choice.

We really liked the convenient location! Breakfast was lovely and service was great.

Everything was good except for the wifi. There was no wifi in the room, although they claim otherwise. The only place I could get wifi was at the lobby and sometimes at the end of the corridor where the stair cases were. The staff didn't do anything to fix the situation. For this reason I cannot recommend this hotel. I could also hear too much sound from the rooms next door.

The room was extremely comfortable and clean. We were very impressed by the water pressure in the shower, and the fact we were able to check in an hour early for free. The breakfast was disappointing. We don’t think it was worth paying extra for. Despite there being a lot of choice, the hotel seemed to be understaffed and so the food was not replenished frequently enough, so no matter what time you went for breakfast, there were only small amounts of food to be had. Every type of coffee was served lukewarm. The restaurant is in dire need of more staff - the poor man who was working down there was rushed off his feet trying to help everyone.

I was travelling with my son Italy. The hotel was wonderful and the staff was very helpful. The problem was the parking. I had to walk 500 m .
