Great stay! Good food and wonderful place!

Excellent staff, friendly and helpful

Basic but fine

Room was quite small and dark, felt like a university dorm. Location wise it was great, right next to the station but i wouldn't say that this is a 4 star hotel. The shower pressure was really weak and it kept hissing, every other second it was change between scorching hot and then cold, the stand/bar which holds the shower head was also broken and loose from the wall.

It was good! Service was good but property was small and was far away from everything so you have to take a taxi which cost us alot

Nothing special, rooms were outdated and not the most comfortable (small bathrooms, small bed etc.) but service was decent enough. I'd say it's 2-star standard

Perfect location for our brief stay. Easy access to subway making transport around Milan simple. The breakfast was wonderful and the staff very pleasant and helpful. The beds were a little hard for my liking, otherwise good choice.

We really liked the convenient location! Breakfast was lovely and service was great.

Everything was good except for the wifi. There was no wifi in the room, although they claim otherwise. The only place I could get wifi was at the lobby and sometimes at the end of the corridor where the stair cases were. The staff didn't do anything to fix the situation. For this reason I cannot recommend this hotel. I could also hear too much sound from the rooms next door.
