The hotel was clean very nice personal, they received you with a really nice green apple a very famous Lisboa pastel de nata, they normally keep them most of the day at the reception. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because it was a little far from all the attractions in the city center.

A kettle is supplied but a bit pointless without mugs or tea/coffee facilities. This would be a good addition.

We had a particularly small room but it was fine for the two of us and close to the center of everything that it was walkable and close to bus stops and metro. Breakfast was ok but would recommend to find another place. I do like it was 24 hours service since we were coming in late from a plane delay but overall, I wouldn’t mind staying there again.

All staff helpful and pleasant. Restaurant staff outstanding in service provided. Recommend cheese and meat platter. Location excellent and bed comfortable

Walkable to shops (Avenida de Liberdad) & transportation.Food cheap nearby. I would suggest to check menus & prices of cafes at the corner of the hotel. I love the afternoon pastel de Nata at the lobby.😋

Everything is perfect at this Ibis Styles hotel in Marques Pombal center. I stayed there for 9 nights in August 2025. It is located next to multiple access points to public transportation, making it very easy to get to the airport, commercial centers, major landmarks etc. The room is very spacious, clean and comfortable. The bedding and the bathroom were excellent. The wifi connection is very fast, allowing me to stream baseball games from Boston. The breakfast is about $15 and it is worth the money. It gets a little boring if you eat it for nine days though. There are plenty of restaurants next door to try. I recommend Mazuma and A Fama. The front desk staff members (particularly Ana) were very friendly and helpful. I don't think I have one bad thing to say about this hotel.

I love this hotel, the breakfast was good and all the personnel at the hotel were excellent, I will come back to this hotel on my next trip to Lisbon next year.
