Excellent buffet breakfast. Freshly squeezed OJ!!!!

Only downside was no elevator to the upper floor, in particular with heavy luggage. Dinner at the restaurant was very nice.

Well located for a stopover. Lovely outside area and quiet. Rooms are a bit dated.

Fantastic service, beautiful facilities, but we had a family room for the four of us but were only given two towels. We asked for further towels, but only very small towels were available. Really great hotel overall.

Exactly what we needed for our visit to Lille. Convenient location near the road to Paris but not noisy. Outdoor pool, mini football pitch, ping pong and boules for the kids. Indoor play cupboard and mini football table. Close to a big shopping centre with a large supermarket, shops, a petrol station and restaurants. Would happily stay longer and return again!

Deceptively big hotel -lovely staff , great pool, good food and close to many shops if you needed that . Family room was a little small but it did the job a perfect place for a nights stop over

Fantastic stop off after a 9 hour drive. Easy check in, polite , loads of secure parking, the pool offered a perfect opportunity to relax and unwind whilst my wife went to the huge shopping centre across the road.The hotel was nice and quiet even though it was a stones throw from the main road, you wouldn't know it was there. Dinner was lovely, not a huge choice, but sufficient with good size portions. The same goes for Breakfast. all you could want was there. fantastic start to the day. The room was large, bright and comfortable. All the staff were polite and happy to speak english, with a smile. I can heartily recommend this, the price point offered great value too.

Great business hotel rooms were great and the outdoor pool and seating area was tempting. Was near the large shopping centre and motorway great location for me business trip or for someone travelling through France

Great location across from the large shopping mall. Plenty of parking with a couple of 22kW EV chargers near the entrance. Rooms are standard Novotel layout. Clean and modern. Only gripe was the bed was quite hard

Quick stopover on the way to Paris. Pros: Staff friendly. English spoken. I think we were upgraded to a courtyard view. Nice looking bar area but didn’t use it. Cons: Not a very well maintained room. Filthy grout in bathroom. Shower floor discoloured and quite grubby. Gave me the heebiejeebies and like I would feel cleaner NOT showering! Lights around the bed didn’t work. VERY soft bed. i would say, if the price was better I wouldn’t have minded but we paid 4* pricing so I just expected more.

Clean and friendly stay. Secure car park and nice breakfast too!

We love this place, great location, nice rooms and friendly staff. Massive shopping center next door with restaurants and bars if you don’t want to use the hotel restaurants. Pool great if not a little cold

The rooms were nice & well equipped. However they had not been thoroughly cleaned (there was an empty whisky bottle in the cupboard) & the shower was cold. We wanted to get a drink from the bar on the evening we arrived. After being ignored for 10 minutes & others being served before us we decided to go for a walk & get a drink elsewhere.

Welcoming hotel, clean & friendly. Pool was good. Didn't eat there so can't comment. Few things not quite right - hair dryer didn't work & handwash dispenser seemed empty.

Pool area great. Room was spacious, but lacked some elegance. Continental breakfast was adequate.
