Perfectly situated just off the motorway north of Paris. Good eateries close by too Hotel great. Bedroom good size and very comfortable bed. Excellent shower with non slip floor Super breakfast lots of choice and constantly being replenished

It breaks my heart to give this hotel a negative review but honesty is important. I have stayed here probably 100 times and i love it for many reasons, however the standards here are dipping. St Witz has many hotels in a small perimeter and this one is not cheap. It has the added attraction of offering a small fitness room, sauna and whirlpool. However on my last 6 trip either one of the sauna or whirlpool has not been working. Once is understandable.. but 6 times is unacceptable. On 3 occasions the hotel has hosted a Jewish festival which has attracted many gyest. No problem here except the level of noise. Add to this you have had children unsupervised in the fitness room playing and throwing things around.. this is dangerous and i felt uncomfortable to the point i had to leave that area. On this particular stay i was unable to access the Internet and when i spoke to reception about it tge lady simply confirmed that she couldn't get any Internet connection either. This therefore meant i could not do the work i had planned which was a problem with my job. It seens the hotel is "penny pinching" but not investing and saving on cost. A colleague of mine asked the reception staff what happened to the sweets that you akways use to have on the counter. That has also disappeared along with these little touches that made this place stand out as one of the best in St Witz. I have to say these things publicly in the hope that you address this review. I hope to see improvement.

Séjour familial d’une nuit dans l’hôtel. Aguilar sympathique, chambre assez confortable. La déception vient du petit déjeuner. Hors de prix pour le choix et la qualité.

at the check-in the asked to pay the full amount again telling me that the payment didn't go through until i showed them my bank account transaction on my phone and the payment confirmation from expedia, and at the checkout they asked to pay for the breakfast that i already payed for at check-in . room was fine but dirty, towels were old , not even one bottle of water in the room and only one coffee capsule for two adults and one child in the Suite,1Queen Bed with Sofa bed .

Good stay for 1 night. Good location for Parc Astérix and Chantilly. Nice bathroom, clean beds.

Overall, we had a good experience. The only thing that could have been better was that our request for extra pillows wasn’t accommodated.
