Great, if a little more expensive than I had expected. Great check in, really friendly and helpful staff - and at breakfast. Room was quiet and clean but there was a powerful smell that suggested previous occupants had smoked. The smell was pervading and making gut have been something else but was unpleasant. Aircon not very effective but bed comfortable. Food unsophisticated but excellent.

Nous avons passé une excellente nuit au Campanile de Senlis. La literie était très confortable, la chambre d'une propreté avec de petites attentions. Le personnel était aimable et efficace. Les dépendances de l'accueil était encore en travaux mais cela n'était pas dérangeant. Les seuls points qui mériteraient une petite amélioration sont sans doute le parking, qui était trop petit en cas de forte affluence et les deux accès à l'hôtel (celui indiqué etait fermé à l'aide d'une chaîne)

Terrible communication from the property resulted in us missing the check in time of 11 pm had to pay again for a hotel next door steer clear of this hotel

Small but clean, comfortable & warm room. Bed excellent. Dinner options quite limited. No rain cover getting to restaurant! Garden paths need trimming!!!

Tiny room, right next to a corridor exit door so we could hear everybody walking past and talking in the morning and banging the door. Asked the front desk for an extra pillow and another towel, told there were none. Smoke detector hanging off the ceiling, a hanger broke in the middle of the night and fell to the floor with a clatter, dust in the bathroom vents, and no parking spaces available when we arrived. It was all a bit shabby, for £15 less a night we may as well have went to the Ibis - it can't have been any worse.

Chambre aux standards campanile. Lit confortable. Système de chauffage soufflant bruyant. Restaurant bien mais service un peu long. Petit déjeuner bien. Personnel bien.

Bon séjour Petit bémol le ménage et la chambre n'a pas été faite un soir lorsque nous sommes rentrés de notre journée... Cela pose des questions sur les règles d'hygiène

The heating/cooling unit in room 225 does not work. It only blows hot or warm air. It was extremely uncomfortable because we could not get any cool/cold air at all. My 11 year old’s take: “Thie motel makes France seem poor.”

Chambre propre d'une taille correcte et au calme coté jardin. Petit déjeuner correct pour le prix. Seul bémol, les places de parking sont étroites et le nombre de places est insuffisant lorsque l'hôtel est complet.
