Thermal Baths were lovely

The staff were all professional & helpful. Excellent restaurant.

We stay 4 nights, 3 times in a row the towels were not changed without our request, twice the bed linen was not changed, once the room was not cleaned at all. Besides, it's not a good idea to put two twin beds together and to call it double bed.

Try the spa early am or late just before it closes for more private time

The hotel is beautiful.

Having use of the Thermal Spa makes this hotel stand out but otherwise I thought it was over priced. We did take the cheapest room option but the wall paper was coming off the wall the room was small and without aircon so in this 30 degree weather it was unbearable sadly. )a small fan was provided it just blew hot hair around). I hate hotels that think shower gel & shampoo can come in one bottle , it can’t and for the price I want shampoo and conditioner and shower gel. The coffee machine overflows the coffee cups if you select the large. All picky things but for the money it should feel plush and it didn’t. Staff were exceptionally nice though and well trained.

Nice property in a quiet location. The crowd was definitely much older than I expected (all grey hair with a lot of canes or walking sticks). I believe that there is a physical therapist located nearby. It did matter. My only complaint was that the room didn’t have AC and it was warm that evening. They provided a fan and it was enough for the heat.

Hotel is excellent. However, we specifically booked at the hotel so that we could go to the thermal bars on the 24th. We arrived at 15:15 and were told that the thermal baths were closed. It did not say this anywhere on the website which we checked before booking at the hotel. We also called to ask if there would be a normal service at the hotel on the 24th. We were told about the special service in the restaurant and agreed to book in the restaurant. We were not told that there would be limited access to the thermal baths. This was extremely disappointing and means we paid for a service that was not available.

A very nice place, quiet and friendly. The hotel is fine, almost perfect. The restaurant is playing a card of super luxury but is in reality just fine. Nothing exceptional for a lot of money.

Very friendly clean and nice hotel. The room is very comfortable. We liked the deal with Keidel Mineral-Thermalbad.

Hotel very clean, excellent food at the restaurant & breakfast, very nice & polite service, slightly outdated electronic connections availability in the rooms and not very good neither cell phone nor Wi-Fi coverage. Overall, very nice, I could return.

By their own admission, they are a little short of staff at the moment, due to covid, but what they lacked in numbers, they made up for in service and smiles. The hotel itself is excellent. I would argue that at this level, rooms should have air conditioning but that would be our only criticism if there is one. One note for HOTELS.com customers... the spa pool illustrated in the listing, is an adjoining company and NOT part of the Dorint hotel. There are preferential rates and it is a great facility, but you will need to pay separately to enter. If you study the 'inclusion' list thoroughly, this is covered, but the illustrations are a bit misleading.

Our stay was quite disappointing. The sink in the bathroom did not drain. There was mold on the tiles. mosly transparent door to the bathroom. No AC/ klíma. Breakfast costing an extra €25? You have to take the bus to eat anywhere else. Oh, and the bedframe made it painful to get up. Wifi worked for 5 minutes. And we were told by the checkout person that this room is very cheaö for €120 a night.

The hotel provides robes and towels. They also have an enclosed walkway to get to the thermalbad. Really appreciated the convenience. The parking fee was very inexpensive. Would definitely stay here again.
