Great stay !! Close to everything!! Clean and keep up !!

Ice machine broken. No working elevator. Staff unfriendly and constantly on their phones.

My room is quite small, the bathroom is not really clean. The breakfast is okay, don't have any other options to select, biscuits, sausage and gravy, the same everyday.

It was okay, just something cheap and quick.

I remember back in the day, hotels used to freshen up the room every day. This doesnt happen anymore, anywhere. At the very least, drop off clean towels daily. And empty trashcans daily.

Not clean. Smells. No towels just two hand towels. No ice.

Staff was very helpful and friendly.

The only thing was there wasn't anywhere in the room to hang any of our clothes. No closet space.

For a place to sleep, this hotel room itself was not bad. It is currently under renovations. Our room was newly done according to the front deck and had a lot of sand/dust on the floor, even after the mid-week clean. We did not have an ice bucket or a phone in the room. We were told the ice buckets were “out” and that we should have had a phone, but one was never brought in. The garbage outside by the doors and in the parking lot was we bad as well.

Staff was very friendly and helpful

No fridge in the suite room. No ice bucket, no tub plug. Clean enough, breakfast was fair. Overall decent stay for the price

I had a three day stay. I do not like the new way hotels are going by not have closets and drawers to put your clothes in. The floor had some sort of oily coating on it and couldnt walk barefoot on the floor and it was slippery with shoes. Housekeeping came too late in the day. I needed my room cleaned and left for half a day and came back and they hadnt even come by yet. TV channels did not come in good and at some point none of the channels worked. I had to sign into my Netflix account to watch TV. I went to get a muffin one morning at 7 am and they were already out. Not a good place for an extended stay.

Courteous staff and very clean

The bathroom and toilet was horrible look like it haven’t been cleaned since opening day.. There was some type of bug that bite my grand child and all they said was it ain’t a bed bug and you have one of the better rooms we have to offer on the first floor🙄 Not the best way to spend 560 dollars but hey we got to enjoy ourselves on the beaches.

First appearance, it looked ok. Upon further inspection, it is not kept up well. The property was dirty and the building had bad smells as soon as you walked in, and the walls are very thin. Heard a baby crying all night one room over. The air conditioning screeched all night long. We stayed one night and forfeited our money and spent the rest of our stay at a hotel in gulf shores. We also did not appreciate congregations of other patrons hanging out in the hallways on the upper levels of the building. Made it very uncomfortable to navigate back and forth.

1 ice machine for 2 floors which barely works, smelled like mold in my room, smelled like pickles in most places, sugar ants all in my truck overnight Poor value

Clean, comfortable, affordable

Absolutely disgusting. Reaked of cigarettes. I mean BAD, cigarette air pumping out of A/C unit! Daughter had a headache and we left. Were in the property for maybe 10 minutes. Not worth 1/2 of what I paid.
