Nice room, Parking in underground carpark, restaurant we didn’t use as it has mainly cheese dishes great if you like cheese, a little too pricey for our liking,similarly full breakfast is 18 euros, although there is an express breakfast which was enough for us at 8 euros each.

Nice big hotel with big restaurant/bar and lounge area

The room was clean.The staff were helpful ,they gave me a map so I would see the sights!

Friendly staff and well maintained rooms and amenities. Good location

We stayed there with a family of 4 (2 college-age kids.) The kids slept on a sofa bed that pulled out to 2 twin beds. There was enough space in the room. We could walk to everything…especially the lovely pastry shops. We loved exploring the mid-evil streets, eating at Paul’s Brasserie, seeing the beautiful cathedrals, and soaking in the chill vibes of Rouen! The pastries at Bastien were amazing! So amazing, I went back just to get more. We parked our car on-site, which was nice. At only .80 Euros an hour, this was a great value. We drove to Fe Camp to visit with family, and it was a beautiful ride with farms, cideries, and a beautiful coast. (And WWII history.)

We enjoyed this hotel a lot! But the infrared sauna and gym closed for repairs after 2 nights which was disappointing. Another issue was the room temperature ~ they couldn’t drop it below 19 degrees as it was too early in the season (?) for them…this was in april and it was quite warm.the meals at the restaurant were wonderful, and the cheese dome is worthy of a view and ordering a raclette was outstanding. It is walkable distance from the downtown and the churches, and rouen itself was charming.

The front desk staff were good and the restaurant was excellent, but our room had no air conditioning duals as they were set to not go below 19 ~ difficult to deal with in warmer weather. The infrared sauna broke down and so we only had that for 2 nights sadly.

Our stay here was very quick as we arrived so late due to planes being late. Mercure waited for us to check in! They were so helpful. In the morning we came down to an amazing breakfast! It was the best of our whole trip. The cheeses presented were delightful and not ordinary! The pastries were crisp and so fresh! I loved the scrambled eggs. They tasted so much better than in the USA. Everything was great, the staff was amazing!

Nice Hotel. Area not so great

Large room with modern furnishings tastefully decorated. A clean and modern bathroom with a large walk in shower with plenty of hot water. All very comfortable.

Marius provided an outstanding check-in experience, explaining not only what the hotel offers but his opinion of the initial “must see” sights within walking distance. Also the restaurant manager was superb at explaining gluten-free options at breakfast. Thank you for a lovely stay!!

Nothing to admire. Basc sleep-over. All stuff with rainbow flags,,strange place.
