AC was switched off, Noise from the street, One bad lamp did not work

Useful stopover location when travelling up through France from Switzerland. Hotel is nice enough and obviously part of a big chain. No frills service and a pretty unremarkable town centre.

Very convenient hotel in Mulhouse. Hotel rooms are dated, but the prices are very reasonable and clean. Would recommend if you are looking for a cheap accommodation.

My mom and I had a great time at Mercure Mulhouse Centre! The staff was friendly, the rooms were very comfortable, and it was extremely close to the train and bus station!! Would highly recommend.

Hotel was clean and nice. Centrally located and the bar was good too.

Room was clean, staff was pleasant. Conveniently located within a short walk to the train station. There were no Uber drivers in the area (May 2018), but we were able to order taxis to take us to the Automobile Museum, which was the reason for our stay in Mulhouse.

The hotel is in the center of Mulhouse, right opposite the central station but not too close to hear the noise which was a good thing. The décor is pretty and the room was clean and confortable. The breakfast was 'ok' but nothing to remember however the person looking after the breakfast room was not very friendly which spoiled the experience for me. All in all very good apart from some of the service.

Comfortable and spacious room. The lobby, rooms and breakfast area have a modern decor. Some other areas look a little dated. The breakfast was varied and tasty. The location is very convenient for the train station and there are many options for dining out in the area.

Used as base for Basel Carnaval - great event to go to.. Nice and clean. Good selection for breakfast. Close to station.

My only negative point is the AC, a lot of hotel in France indicated room with AC but for a lot of them (including this one) the AC are central, so the efficiency is not to great...

Good stay and relaxing after a day of traveling . The room was very standard Nothing special. Breakfast was great and front desk very helpful. But the location was really the best part, just next to the train station and the downtown which was beautiful
