Le staff tres gentil

The room condition was poor. Lighting broken / not working. Curtains old and in poor condition. The TV had limited channels and sound level was fixed / not adjustable. Bar staff not present and needed to be called via reception when required.

Room was large, clean, bed comfy, only concern I had was a health and safety issue, the window in our room on the 7th floor was large and opened all the way (I do have a photo), very concerned about the safety aspect of this, especially if children use that room.

Old and outdated hotel that desperately needs renovation. AC was really noisy and didn't cool down the room and it was impossible to get a good sleep with AC on. The only positive side is that it is located close to the old city center.

Arrived between 6.00 & 7.00 pm but room not ready so not a good start Check in receptionist not friendly Reception was a personality free zone but were helpful if asked to advise Good position Room decor a bit tired

Very comfortable, excellent location, and helpful staff; get rid of the stained chairs and it would be perfect.

Very clean hotel with friendly staff, food was good too. I would recommend this hotel as it had secure parking for my motorcycle.

My stay at Mercure Besancon was great. The service the accommodations were wonderful!! I will definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends 😀!!

Everything was great

Handy for walking into the town. Good carpark. Great selection at breakfast. Staff member at breakfast area very professional, efficient and with great attention to detail.

We required a hotel that was clean and comfortable close to the main part of town with a secure car park and the Mercure Bresancon Parc Micaud fitted our needs well. Our room was spacious and there is a restaurant in the hotel. All staff were attentive and friendly. The hotel requires a refurbishment. We found this hotel very suitable for our needs.

Close to the tramway. Love the restaurants nearby. The staff remember you and are fantastic.
