This is an outstanding hotel for visiting Orange. Staff was amazing, friendly, helpful.

Friendly, professional staff. Comfortable rooms. Very clean throughout. Excellent breakfast. Good location in Orange with ample parking and a nice swimming pool. Strong air conditioning (needed in a June heatwave). We very much enjoyed our stay.

This was a last minute booking as we had a homestay and didn’t like it . The hotel was very nice and very comfortable

The bathroom has mold in the shower area( the ceiling), and there is a bad smell coming up from the sink! No crib was offered for my baby I am just disappointed for the price that I payed‼️

Easy access not far from Autoroute du Soleil, large accesssible parking, great restaurant and friendly helpful staff.

Very convenient from autoroute, but quiet location. Very nice pool

The hotel was fine for a two night brief stay with family. The pool was great for the kids and the service was very friendly. The room was small and showing its age. Beds firm with only a single limp pillow. Not sure how this is four stars but for the price it was just fine. The hotel is a long walk into the town center.

Warning: The place has bed bugs and cockroaches. Staff and mgmt. are rude. No Internet. Smell of pee in the lobby. TV not working. I think I saw a drug deal in front of the hotel. Stay away. Best to sleep in your car.

Excellent value for money. Willing to add two foldaway beds to a double room to create a family room, (ideal with young kids). Friendly staff, excellent breakfast. Good base for exploring Orange & region, or for ideal for breaking your journey is heading further south

The hotel was alright. We had to switch rooms after a few days stay because of a terrible smell in our room. We think it was there sewage. Most of the staff was very friendly and helpful, but the man that we contacted in regards to our room seemed very annoyed that we wanted to switch rooms. Also, the air conditioning didn’t work properly. Overall the hotel is in a nice location, close to everything in Orange.

The Orange Mercure is well located with ample parking and a good sized swimming pool. Our room was reasonably spacious and comfortable. A real effort was made to synchronise the service with the evening's opera performance at the Roman Theatre.

Warm welcome and comfortable and very clean rooms. Staff service was excellent and the pool was a great bonus for children. Only a 10 minute stroll into the centre of Orange - this was a perfect stop-off on our travels to the south of France.

This is the second time we have stayed here. The surroundings are really beautiful and it is very quiet. No more than 20 minutes walk or 10 minute bike ride (they hire bikes free of charge). The rooms are clean and beds very comfy. Food is good and staff are very eager to help.

Friendly staff, room modern with coffee making facilities. Good restaurant.

Really very helpful staff. Convenient location. Good facilities including a pool. The service was excellent. They were kind enough to keep the kitchen open longer to allow us to eat despite arriving late.

Very nice and quiet place to visit Orange qnd surroundings (as Gorges de l'Ardeche)

We went for a wedding but found a sanctuary. The hotel is 15 minutes walk from the centre of town but it is an easy walk. The hotel has great amenities including pool, fitness suite and billiard room. We loved it and would stay again.
