Good size rooms. Clean . Very nice staff

This was my favorite hotel on our trip. The location is in the central part of the city, with a lot of good things to see nearby. There are dozens of options for dining and a supermarket in close proximity to the hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the beds were great. The front desk staff speaks English, and they were always kind to everyone in our group. The spa area was well equipped and clean. There is a parking garage below the hotel which was reasonably priced and convenient. We will return.

Comfortable hotel . Room was nice size and very clean. Liked the heated towel rack! They seemed very short staffed with one person running back and forth from checking in guests at the don’t desk to pouring wine at the bar.

Great stay nearby the main square. Room was spacious and well designed, the rain shower was great and they use products from Rituals.

Only stayed for one night but very comfortable and clean.

This hotel is an example of man at the service of architecture: there is nowhere to hang your towels in the bathroom. In addition, they have cups instead of real glasses in the room, and the room was really quite dusty on the floor and bedside tables. I expected more....the service from the front desk employees was very good, but there was nobody available to come to my room to bring me real glasses etc

The room was comfortable with separate toilet from shower. The shower was forgetful and great. The beds were very comfy. I liked being able to use the exercise room. The hotel was extremely convenient for walking around downtown Clermont-Ferrand.

As usual another French hotel that advertises it has a restaurant, when in fact it is closed at the weekend!!

The + - The room was big enough for 2 adults and a baby in his stroller with a nice view on the mountains. - The toilet is separated from the shower. - No noise from street nor hallway nor from other rooms - Inside parking The - - The room was not very clean (lots of hair in the toilet and the shower, some dust in corners and in closet). - The hotel have no place to change the baby diaper even though the restrooms are big enough to put a table for that. I had to do it on the small table in the lobby :( - From the parking, you have to climb stairs to reach the lift that goes to the lobby. No way to do it with a stroller or heavy luggages and nobody to help you through.

The hotel was well located, with good parking. Friendly staff and all round good service. Highly recommended!
