Very nice hotel

The hotel looks run down from outside but the inside lobby is clean and modern and renovated; however you have to pay attention to the type of room you are booking. The Standard rooms are still the old rooms with no A/C where the Luxury rooms are the fully renovated, modern rooms with A/C included which are worth the upgrade. All staff from front desk to dinning room were friendly, welcoming and accommodating. I would stay here again.

We had a nice room - cozy and comfortable, the bed was good, Everything was clean. The old city is 15 minutes on foot. The hotel has a big parking lot, but it not free. The staff was pleasant and helpful.

The rooms are in need of major refurbishment, at least the one i was in. The customer lift was broken, they did however let me use the service lift. The towels had a strange smell to them. I cannot speak for the food etc but from what I briefly saw, the restaurant looked good.

Nice hotel with friendly & helpful staff. Stayed in 3 Mercure hotels in Poland and while appreciating the need to save power, Mercure's minibar fridges seem set to room temperature.

This hotel has older style rooms that are a bit worse for wear. However, the prices are reasonable so you get what you pay for. All other aspects are satisfactory.

Hotel needs major upgrade. Exterior is not well maintained. Rooms have no air conditioning and are outdated.

Comfortable room, very warm (winter time). Spacious bathroom, shower ok. Kettle and fridge in the room. Swimming pool very good (15m long), towels could smell better. You can rent bathrobes for 10zl each. Great breakfast, including pure honey, 100% maple syrup and amazing hams. Selection of meats, salads, eggs, fish, cereals, porridge, cheese, yoghurt... Enjoyed every day of my stay and would stay here again if I'm in the area.

This is a nice hotel, with a great pool. Probably slightly in need of refurbishment, but still clean and well run.

Bit 80es but overall very nice

No complaints....friendly and clean. had to pay for hotel parking.

80% of the staff was rude and unhelpful and was clear to see we was treated differently because we was English. Most of the time my wife stayed in the room due to feeling so uncomfortable even my 13 year old daughter noticed.

Nice property, safe area, fairly close to downtown. Great for the money. Breakfast was nicely done.

Very good amenities. The room was a decent size with two beds and nice and clean. My only complaint would be due to lack of air conditioning but this is common.

Everything was better than you would expect of 3-star hotel. The location was perfect, close to everything but in the quiet part of town. The room could use a bit of upgrading but it was clean and comfortable. The lobby was very welcoming and renovated, as well as the lobby bar and the restaurant. The staff was extremely helpful and very professional. I highly recommend it.

we spent four nights in this hotel, excelent service, excelent cleanliness, very friendly and helpfull staff, excelent location for traveling around, lovely food in the restuarant,with lots of choice. would highly recommend this hotel to all family and friends.
