Good location for Roubaix Velodrome

Good breakfast, very nice staff and rooms are very clean but small. Air conditioning did not work and sometimes room felt cluttered and had to open window (with bit of cold weather)

Very clean, thank you to the housekeepers who were happy and welcoming. Room was very basic, tiny bedside tables no kettle or glasses. TV was very international which was good. Lovely modern walk-in shower and plenty of room for washing accessories etc.

Extremely noisy, like being in a nightclub with the noise constantly outside the hotel. No one serving at the bar… all in all a nightmare experience and definitely won’t be returning.

Very clean and new

Checking was shambolic. Although it was a group booking we had to pay the taxes individually and the check in chap took for ever to do it. The room was clean but tiny with one bed tight against the wall so you could only get in and out at the end. The toilet ran out of water so was disgusting. The dining area stank of sewage so we went to a local Paul for breakfast.

Fine for one night stay near the stadium. Staff was very nice with easy check in and check out. Rooms could use some updating.

The room was ok but the shower was a bit underwhelming. The a/c didn't actually cool the room, although the fan worked and the white noise that provided was useful. The most disappointing aspect of my stay was the breakfast, which is available until 10am. I arrived in the restaurant just after 9am to find only scraps of ham, no eggs and no way to make a cup of tea - who wants loose tea leaves in a cup?

Booked half board but not providing evening meal. No warning till we got there. That was why we choose that hotel. Still waiting on dinner refund.

Great to be so near La Piscine and Villa Cavrois. The staff on reception were very helpful.

We had a really good stay - very clean, nice rooms, cleaned every day. Was a little noisy outside the hotel due to street noise but apart from that, great and good breakfasts.

Nice hotel with very friendly staff, located in a convenient location to get into the centre of Lille via the tram. Rooms are a bit on the small side and mine was a little dark, you can hear noise from the lift and corridor through the door but it was quiet otherwise. Despite this it was a comfortable stay and I slept well. Breakfast is tasty and plentiful.

Parking is less than adequate. Tight and less spaces than needed. Required me to park on the street. The room is not sound proof in any way and as a result any outside noise is quite loud. Service was good. The location is quite good.

The staff was friendly

Well,the apartment was so hot hot the air condition not working. Generally,French people don’t want to speak English communication was a problem.

Easy parking, closest to Roubaix velodrome. Had trouble figuring out heat.

If you venture out. Have a good map or use you GPS. Streets in the area twist and turn.
