A nice modern hotel, on arrival we had a pleasant surprise of a room upgrade. It was lovely, clean and comfortable. One strange point was the toilet was rather compact, but without space for a handwash basin. You had to walk to the shower room to wash your hands. Felt that was slightly odd, but ok as only there one night.

I liked it had shuttle service to the airport. While I mentioned this was important at check in, I wasn’t told I needed to place a reservation for the shuttle. I did get on the shuttle by luck. It is a nice hotel with a lovely lobby.

Great pool staff very helpful and close to pizza restaurant and Mac donalds for kids tired from the journey. Although restaurant was good

Kids loved the pool. Breakfast was a good selection with all you need. Room is spacious, charming and clean.The ev chargers were a bonus. All staff very helpful and friendly (and speak great English!).

AWFUL__Always use Novotels in France--never this one again. My room was so noisy could hear constant traffic noise, also room hot and temperature control in effective as when on made a noise.

Arrived at 11pm to an empty Reception area. Waited a few minutes and then found 3 staff near the bar, one of whom appeared to be the Manager who accompanied me back to the Reception area when the staff member re-appeared. Curt and perfunctory check in with minimal information given over and I had to ask how to get to my room.

Clean and friendly Relatively new

The Novotel in Clermont-Ferrand was conveniently just off the autoroute. Good protected parking and very efficient check-in. (And they are DOG FRIENDLY). Rooms are what you expect, although our room was way too warm and even we couldn't regulate the temperature satisfactorily. Not sure what was going on, but the thermostat was not responding. The best part: The food offerings at the Novotel are excellent. A very good bar menu of bistro fare, including Croque Monsieurs. But the restaurant itself is terrific. Way beyond anything you would imagine at a Novotel. We will stay there again just for the restaurant!

Hotel was fine, good Novotel standard, however the location was rather unappealing. It did have a good carpark and the staff were very helpful. It was an ideal hotel for a 1 or 2 night stopover.

Good and convenient stay half-way in our road trip throughout France. Novotel standards never disappoint, and the Tesla supercharger is super convenient.

Je l’ai pris car il était le plus près de l’aéroport avec le service de navette aéroport - hôtel et que j’arrivais tard. J’ai prévenu l’hôtel pour l’heure prévue de l’arrivée. Or quand j’ai appelé l’hôtel après avoir récupéré le bagage comme l’hôtel m’en avait informé, or on m’ dit qu’il n’y a plus de navette et que je devais prendre le taxi par mes propres moyen. Le taxi de Clermont Ferrand me dit que c’est un forfait de 20€ pour aéroport -Novotel aéroport (1,5km)! Pour un hôtel 4*, vous pourriez tout de même prévoir la navette pour les passagers des vols AF, même si celui-ci prend des retard, surtout la nuit, d’autant plus qu’on choisit cet hôtel essentiellement pour sa proximité et la « facilité d’accès » de l’aéroport! + en arrivant dans la chambre, pas une bouteille d’eau « welcome », j’aurai pris la boisson, juste 2 ensembles de sachets de café instantané (…) éparpillés, l’atmosphère pas très accueillant… En revanche, la literie était très bien. Le petit déjeuner correcte.

Personnel au top. Et merci beaucoup d’accepter les animaux avec autant de confort et de souplesse !
